Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Keepers, a Shopify app by 8th Origin LLC. By installing the app you agree to them.

The service

Keepers runs returns and exchanges for your store: a branded self-serve customer portal, instant exchanges, keep-the-item refunds, auto-generated return labels, and refunds processed against real Shopify orders. Features may change as the app improves.

Billing

Charges are billed through Shopify's billing system on the plan you select in the app. You can cancel at any time; uninstalling ends billing per Shopify's rules.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your return policy and the rules you configure (windows, eligibility, keep-the-item thresholds), for honoring the refunds and exchanges the app processes on your instruction, and for complying with the consumer-protection laws that apply to your store.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Automated decisions (eligibility, keep-the-item approvals, label generation) follow the rules you configure and should be reviewed where the stakes are high. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8th Origin LLC's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

Termination

Uninstall at any time. We may suspend the service for abuse or non-payment. Your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
